Big Storage: Gotion Grid Series
The headline act in the large-scale segment is the Gotion Grid series, featuring 5MWh and 7MWh containerized energy storage systems.
The 5MWh unit fits in a standard 20-foot container, hitting a sweet spot between energy density and transport convenience. It's already been deployed at scale across multiple global projects.
The 7MWh digital-intelligent system takes things up a notch. It uses AI-driven operational analytics and an intelligent linked thermal management setup that keeps module temperature differences within 2–3°C. That translates to over 3% higher system energy availability – a real win for operators watching their bottom line.
C&I Storage: Gotion Edge X-261 and X-522
For the commercial and industrial crowd, Gotion introduced the Gotion Edge X-261 and Gotion Edge X-522. This fully liquid-cooled series delivers a round-trip efficiency above 91%, slashes auxiliary power use by 30% compared to conventional air-cooled systems, and extends equipment service life by 20%. Both units support fast response and black-start capabilities, making them a flexible fit for industrial parks, solar-storage-charging hubs, and distribution grid applications.
Mobile Storage and Charging: New for South America
Making their South American debut, the GOTION EDGE All-In-One mobile storage-charging outdoor cabinet and the integrated charging-storage unit drew a lot of foot traffic. The mobile cabinet can be dropped into emergency rescue operations, large events, or remote construction sites for quick backup power. The integrated unit accepts DC, AC, and PV input, adapting to different charging conditions – and it can deliver over 100 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes of charging.
"Dianlala" Truck Swapping System Kills Range Anxiety
Electric heavy-duty trucks have two big problems: charging takes forever, and fixed swap stations cost a fortune to build. Gotion's answer is the world's first modular "building-block" charging-swapping system, making its Americas debut here.
The Dianlala battery swapping system uses a modular design where each battery block delivers 452kWh. A forklift with a dedicated spreader handles the swap, and the whole thing takes just five minutes. The kicker? It costs only one-quarter of what a traditional fixed swap station would set you back.
This system works for electric heavy-duty truck swapping, highway service area recharging, and power supply for mining and remote field sites. The idea is simple: batteries follow the vehicle, so new-energy trucks can keep running around the clock.
All-In-One Mobile Storage Cabinet Gets a Solar-Storage-Charging Upgrade
Gotion also premiered the GOTION EDGE All-In-One mobile storage-charging outdoor cabinet for the South American market. It runs on an integrated AC-DC power architecture, supporting both AC and DC multi-mode charging and discharging. Compared to fuel-based power supply, it cuts operating costs by 70%.
The unit comes with active safety systems and smart energy management – think cell-level environmental monitoring, multi-tiered fire protection, and intelligent health assessment of equipment status. Its lightweight, compact design makes it easy to move around, and standardized industrial interfaces support plug-and-play operation. It works both off-grid and on-grid, so it can handle electric equipment charging, emergency backup at remote stations, distribution grid management, and integrated wind-solar-storage-charging applications. Bottom line: it's a reliable, portable mobile storage power solution for just about any industry.
